Unlike many sales people in the industry, Ruth Lee has the distinction of having owned and operated a successful residential mortgage company for 10 years. Her sales background is extensive, but it is her "real world" experience in the mortgage broker world provides practical insight into the advantages and disadvantages of being a banker or broker in the mortgage industry. This invaluable knowledge allows her the consulting expertise to properly serve her client's concerns and needs in many areas of lending ranging from ohm sales staffing and training to investor and vendor selection.

Ms. Lee actively serves and participates on national committees with the NAMB, CAMB and the TMBA. She is very much abreast of the changing regulatory requirements and challenges inundating the mortgage industry today, giving her a unique synergistic knowledge of mortgage compliance and real-world operational demands. Additionally, her active involvement provides Titan the benefit of knowing what service options will keep us on the cutting edge to best serve our client base. Ms. Lee holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Mount Holyoke College. She lives with her husband in Lafayette, CO.
