Michael Lee has fifteen years of operational experience building strong process management and guiding customer service goals for a variety of organizations. An accomplished logistician and problem solver, his expertise has driven notable performance and efficiency growth in both public and private enterprises. Mr. Lee's exceptional record in operations comes from over eight years as an Army officer and over 7 years in the mortgage industry.

Offering a rare blend of inventive and operational strengths, Mr. Lee has achieved exciting company turnarounds and is recognized for his success in growing operational efficiencies. He is known for his ability to quickly isolate service and process delays and diagnose operational impediments.

Mr. Lee graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina with a BA in International Relations. In the United States Army, he served with distinction earning the rank of Major. Mr. Lee is also active in his local community, where he has just finished serving as an officer for his VFW Post in Lafayette, Colorado, where he lives with his wife.
