Ms. Donohue's contributions to the development of the Cerberyx software system are founded in her practical knowledge in mortgage lending operations. In addition, she offers creative and strategic expertise on interfaces and data flow management.

Ms. Donohue has unique experience and versatility in corporate training and implementation which allow her to be extremely successful in communicating complex banking processes. Her background and operational perspective enables her to offer insights into all aspects of the closing and post closing environment from both management and employee perspectives. Ms. Donohue lives in Littleton, Colorado with her husband and three children.
