In addition, Boylan, Brown has worked with national credit unions to produce Modification Agreements and mortgage tax affidavits for over two decades, and partnered with the Xceed (formerly Xerox) Federal Credit Union to accomplish the first fully electronic residential mortgage closing in New York State.
